Airtel — outgoing bar despite regular payments | |||
Respected Sir, I am user of postpaid No. [protected] (corporate_State Bank of Patiala), I have also been activated for a plan of GPRS usage worth Rs. 99/- per month (2 GB downlowding). in the last days of every month this company bar my outgoing calls with a message "your billing amount exceeds your limit i.e. 800/-". However when they submit my bill it never exceeds 650/-. So many times I have requested not to club GPRS and normal call charges as these are two separate schemes. but it always do this foolish job. Company cannot show me even one day delay in my payments but always in much advance from billing dates. company should refund all charges for the days for I have been barred from outgoing calls and have hurted and mentally retarted me. otherwise I will have to go to consumer court.
