[Resolved]  Airtel — Permanent Disconnection(MNP)

I had a 5 years vodafone postpaid connection that was ported to AIRTEL on 17th of march. I submitted all the necessary documents. On 3rd of april my number got deactivated due to non-submission of the documents as said by the Airtel outlet official's. I submitted the documents again but nothing was done in this regard, they once again told me for the submission of the documents. I submitted my documents thrice at the Airtel outel. After so much of hustle my number got activated and that process took a week. Now, on 3rd of may my number got permanently disconnected and when I spoke to a Nodal officer, he told me it was due to the non-submission of the documents and nothing can be done in this regard. But according to the Airtel outlet, they have forwarded all my documents to the desired Airtel authority. I have also spoke with the officials at the Airtel Appellate office but in vain. None helped me out. I'm suffering a lot becauses of this unnecessary harassment. I hope you will look into this and make the best out of this.

MIGRATE TO BSNL.
HASLE FREE. NO DESCRIPANCY IN BILLING.
BSNL IS RENDERING EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ITS NOT LIKE EARLIER.
MANY ARE PORTING TO BSNL NOW.
I HAD 2 MOBILES AND BROADBAND CONNECTION WITH AIRTEL FOR
A LONG PERIOD, BUT ITS BILLING, NON COMPLAINCE AND
NON RESPONSIVE AND PARTICULARLY IF WE REFER OT NODAL OFFICER WITH
SOME EXPECTATION IS A WASTE.
THE NODAL OFFICER ACT AS A BROKER FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER.
I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY ONE INSTANCE WORTH WITH NODAL OFFICER.
THEY ARE ONLY ACT AS CHANNEL TO DELAY TACTICS AND I PORTED TO BSNL
AND HAVE SOUND SLEEP.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE EXISTING GARBAGE.
