Airtel — portability change

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mobile number is [protected].

I am eligible to get CUG as per my company's eligible criteria.

If I sms PORT to 1900, it is replying stating that the request is irrelevant and asking me to send it to the same code number even if I repeat this n number of times and everytime Re.1 is getting deducted.

Please help me to get it changed.

I habe applied for portability change from airtel to bsnl in this reard i have registered twice, but u r not allowing me to shift the service my payments are upto date, i dont understand the reason why u r not allowing me to change my service provider as i am not happy with ur service, i[censored] dont accept my portability, I will be forced to g o TRAI against ur company.

Hence i request u to kindly allow me to change my service provider
