[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Worst service

Sir,

Ref: Airtel post paid connection: [protected] (Bangalore). Customer account number:[protected]

The above said mobile connection has been disconnected for non payment of bill on 16MAy2008 afternoon.

As soon as i came to know that the connection has been disconnected for the above said reason, I made the payment in an airtel office (Airtime Enterprises, Koramangala, Bangalore. Amount paid. Rs. 8685.00 (eight thousand six eighty five).

I made the payment by around 07.00pm, with an oral commitment from a concerned officer in the office, that 'connection will be re-activated with in 04 hours'.

I am writing this e-mail at 07.00PM 17May2008, 24 hours after making the payment.

Sad to say that the connection has not yet been re-activated.

M/s Airtel: If you have policy of dis-connecting the line for non payment, definitely as customer i have the right to ask for the connection after making the payment.

Now its 24 hours after making the payment, and constant follow ups with your call centre.

No results, no proper answer, no one to take the responsibility.

The number what i am using is corporate connection. I am not even able to contact your contact centre from this number.

Really fedup with this type of service from airtel.

Any how decided, this will be the last month o[censored]sing an airtel connection in my life.

I will do my best to convince my corporate manager, all my friends and relatives, to change their mobile service provider from airtel.

And will be a good brand ambassador of all your competitors in future.

Hope you all took your precious time read my concerns.

Consumer Grievance Cell: By reading my concerns do you think i can go the consumer court. If yes, please help me out.

Airtel Postpaid — Worst service

i am having an airtel postpaid but you are adding extra charges so i am approching consumer court
I have applied for the postpaid sim in last week and still It did't activate...I met with person from whom I bought it in Airtel gallery at least 06 times ; but the response is just disgusting.
They are just telling ya! it will activate soon and all.
I would like to make police complaint they are having very irresponsible approach.
I'ld suggest plz don't go for Airtel

One week before i got airtel postpaid connection through Mr.Thameem Ansari Airtel Agent. in first time i surrender my Id proof of my driving license, in that ID proof must be in my grandma house adress. your airtel member went ot my grandma house for verification, my grandma said Mr. W. Wagith hussain shifting his house to Mandaveli. then your airtel agent is bear my out going calls, then i make a call for customer care, he said ur verification address is transfer to mandavleli, then i make a call to Mr. Thameem Ansari and given my at present ID proof address given them to that person, he said ur problem is solved with in 48 hours, but till now I get no response from ur Airtel Agent and Airtel Office. So please take my complaint and solve to my problem or u must given ur head office address or ur Head of Department Office email ID. my mobile number is[protected].

worst service and most unprofessional approch of the CC ...mr. Mittal please learn to value your customers also ..else from the market leader, one day you will definitely be the marketing leader ( only advertisement, visibility campain and no customer) .
Dear Sir,

My Mobile no is [protected], and I am your customer since very long and if you check your records you shall find that I am paying my dues well in time. Since last two months I am getting some obnoxious calls for the payment of some other mobile number which pertains to someone else. I shall request you to please take a note of that and stop these calls to me.

If I receive further calls like that I shall be forced to take a statuary action against your esteemed company.

Hope you shall be prompt enough to reply me at the earliest.

Airtel the Third class network provider company,
I too agree with Ashok, airtel doesnot able to provide a network. Not even in metro city like pune.
when I closed the number that guy took a next months rent along with my bill.
