[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Technical Defect in Value Added Service (start/stop menu driven service)

Hi,

I have postpaid plan and I just using ezmail value added service. Its working good.
If I want to stop this service i just go through sms and write like STOP and send
on 121 and its always give me name of the service and I can easily stop the service .
But airtel not provide good service with another service provider like "Fusion Lounge Subscription Service" . Its not listed out with (Start/ Stop) service and suddenly deduct amount. If I want to stop this service directly with (Start/ Stop) service then its not showing me list of other service like "Fusion Lounge Subscription Service". Another service is listed out as following :
1. JavaGame_MotoGP09
2. JavaGame_Devi
3. TextServ_TadkaLive
4. Videos_WCVideoPack
5. TextServ_TadkaLive

I will ready to accept my mistake . Sometimes by mistake i clicked on this service but main doubt is that its not listed out with start-stop service and its directly reflect in my post paid bill. I have all proof like message and hard copy of bill. And I can able to provide live demo for this service. I think it is a defect from airtel side.
