I have two complaints :-
1- I have not been received a single bill of my Airtel Postpaid connection (Mob. No. [protected]). I am paying my bills on behalf of your smses. But i need the hard copy of the same.

2- When u send my mobile bill on my email address and i try to open it, it required a password. I don't know what is password. How can i open it.

Please do the needful to solve my problem and i must required the hard copy of my mobile bill.

i have submitted a request for the internet password,which was delivered after frequent requests. the password provided didn't work. Please anyone outhere can resolve this issue. The given info by the executives went in vain.

HI I JASLEEN KAUR PROPRITOR OF HNK ENTERPRISES . MY COMPANY IS USING THE AIRTEL CORPORATE CONNECTIONS APPROX 15, WHEN I BOOKED THESE COONECTION THEN AIRTEL EXECUTIVE GAVE ME THE 998/- ONE YEAR ADVANCE RENTEL PLAN. BUT AFTER ONE MONTH I CAME TO KNOW THAT THOSE FACILITY IN 998/- PLAN AIR TEL PROVIDE ME THAT IS ALSO I CAN USE THE 699/- PLAN THEN I CALL TO CUST CARE AND AFTER THE MANY MAILS THEY CONVERT MY PLAN INTO 699/- PLAN NOW THE PROBLEM IS THIS THEY LEWIEED THE 699/- AMOUNT AGAIN TO CHANGE THE PLAN. MANY TIME I SEND THE MAIL REGARDING THIS PROBLEM BUT THE ACKNOWLEDGE EVERY TIME I RECEIVED BUT THEY DIDNT SEND THE ANS MAIL . KNOW I FEDUP I THINK I SEND THE DAILY MAIL REGARDING THIS PROBLEM .
