[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — bill and call details

I wish to draw your attention towards excess amount of bill levied on me. I took your CUG post paid connection on 06 July 15 and I was told that my bill cycle is 24 of month. As per plan I was provided with 600 minutes talk time + 1GB 3G data and 250 local or national SMS. As I was told that I had got 1 GB 3G data free, I consumed 951 MB accordingly till 23 July 15. Now, I received my bill, which according to my presumption should have been 299+14% Service tax whereas I have received a bill of RS. 1291/-, which is quiet astonishing. When I contacted your customer care, I am told that I have received the bill on Pro-rata basis. I wish to draw your attention that whenever I use to check my data after internet usage, I was shown the balance data in accordance with 1024 MB which gives clear indication that I have 1 GB free data on my credit. Neither your customer care executive nor the person from whom I purchased the SIM told me about pro-rata charges. It is astonishing that being such a reputed establishment you keep your consumers in dark and send them unjustifiable bill. I have contacted many time at your customer call centre, every time they tell me, our senior executive will call you back and greviances will be sorted out, but till date nobody has called me regarding my excess amount of bill. This is my last resort and hope that my grievances will be sorted out. My mobile number is [protected].
