i have not got airtel postpaid bills for july (due in august) nor for august (due in september) so far. i had conveyed the same to your centre at sector 8c, chandigarh, who told me to ring up 121. that number under upgrade and i could not contact them. again i contacted your 8c centre. nor they could tell me what my bill amount is, as they were also having tech upgrade. so i have not paid for july. same is the case for august. the 8c centre has been found closed today for some renovation. since i cannot do much running around, i have no other option but the allow the connection to lapse. before that, i request you to kindly do something so that i can get the bills for these two months and pay the bill. in the absence of bills, i am also not able to claim reimbursement from my company. it is double de-facilitation on the part of airtel. pl pl do something. my number [protected]

The Airtel network had problems for several days, I could not check my bill. I didnt get my paper bill nor did I receive any notice via sms about my bill. Later I got a call & was asked to pay my bills plus the extra for not paying before the due day What is this?!!
