Dear sir,
I am working in Infinity Resort, Ramnagar, Dist – nainital. We have something around 14 postpaid connection of airtel. We have deposited our monthly bills at kashipur Dist – Udham Singh Nagar. After depositing the payment of all bills we receive our bill details on our email ID.
Now we have deposited Airtel mobile bill charges of this month on 29.10.09 in your Kashipur Branch office but we have yet not received any bill details till date.

I request daily in your office for bill details but they are not responding to me. They give foolish reason like our server not working from last two days, some time they say our office is closed from last two or three days & from last 3 or 4 days when I am calling them they are saying that ok today it will be done. But I am not getting any details in my email id

So I request you to please send me the details of all bills properly & ASAP & in future we should not have this problem again from your side.

Otherwise we have to think of taking connections from some other company

Airtel Postpaid — need bill detail.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Iam using Airtel no. nearly since 3 years, since october 2009 to november 2009 my bill is rs 715, but how cum this much, i want the detail of my bill,n my Airtel plan is 299,that means 600 mins free n 200 messages free,even though my bill is 715 , howwwww, i want detail of october to november bill of each call n messages, please send me reply as soon as possible.
