Dear Sir/Madam,
I gave request for deactivation on 21 march 2009, I have no dues, the number is deactivated on 25th march.. but still now I did not receive my deposit amount.
I would like to get my money back in time and if it is getting late i would like to know the reason why it is getting late to give my deposit amount.
If there is any clause or rules stated from your side for the duration of time required by the company to give the deposit amount back please let me know the clause and rules in reply for this letter because i would like to know the complete procedure and the time taken by the company for settling the deposit money.
I hope i will get proper reply and proper reason for the company holding my money and getting it delayed, if it getting delayed this letter will be a proof of mine and i will proceed to the consumer court for making the consumer experiencing a bitter experience with the company and i am fed up making repeated calls and making emails repeatedly and do not get any proper response back.
