[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Information not avilable

Dear Sir,
I had postpaid connection in Maharashtra and I wish to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid. I visited your galary fr the same. I applied for the same in writting but the same is refused by your representative & asked to submitte the Pan Card Xerox / Residence Proof etc. I said that this document have already with you when I applied for the new connection from you and now I only want the change from Post Paid to Pre Paid & Stll if you need the documents again then please give it in writting but that also they refused. Please provide me information how can I change my postpaid connection to prepaid is it necessary to submitte the documents again when it is already submitted at the time of getting conncetion.
