[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — HARRASMENT BY DEBARRING THE CALLS.

It is in reference to the mobile no. [protected] of Airtel in Bangalore city. The connection is in name of Amit Bhatia staying at 281/A 13 main 23 rd cross HSR layout Sec-3 Bangalore. The outgoing calls were barred on my number for two times previously and was told that there is one form UEF which is not received by us & you need to submitt it again. I went to the Airtel shop Arshita Communication #286 Konappana Agrahara E-city Hosur main road Bangalore 560100.The papers were submitted twice to the agency on request of customer care executive but again the calls have been barred. This number belonged to me in 2008 also and was requested for cancellation in Dec08 at Airtel shop in Jayanagar -4 block as I was moving out of city. The number remained active in spite of several requests & when I came back in Sept09 I had to pay Rs.700/-(+) for previous adjustment Rs.200 for sim card Rs.250 as security deposit & Rs.250 for reactivation. After collecting bills for two months the calls have been barred again. The new problem now as per Airtel shop personnel is that you have to pay Rs.1500/- as premium number charges due to which your calls have been barred it is not due to non- submission of any form.You have to pay the charges again as your number was deactivated once & again we have to reactivate it other than reactivation charges paid by you. Even after paying the bill on my no [protected] the phone has been not activated.. The staff at the CC is rude and not cooperative

Airtel Post Paid — resuming normal service

My request reference number is [protected]. i had lost my post paid sim card no[protected] Phone no [protected]. i lodged a complaint on 15/05/09 to blog the service. but later i found and got back my sim card SO NOW i want RESUME normal service of that phone number pl do needful at the earliest

My airtel phone no [protected] .I had lost my simcard no[protected].subsequently i requested customer care to BLOCKED the SERVICE TO AVOID fraudulent use and the same was done.My service request no is [protected]. But now i traced my simcard and gotback.SO KINDLY RESUME NORMAL SERVICE AND DEBARRING OUT GOING CALLS OF MY PHONE NO [protected]
