[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Bill Forged by Airtel | |
Sir, I converted my pre-paid sim to post-paid approx 2 years back and Airtel executives took Rs. 500 as deposit from me. I used their services till Dec 2009 and after that my sim got damaged and I took another connection. I tried calling customer care and reaching their executive is a battle to win. Now these Airtel guys are calling me and asking me to pay amount of 1700 for clearing my dues otherwise they will take legal actions against me. I told their executives that I've stopped using Airtel since December 2009 and I went to check my records to their main office as well. There is no call from my number after mid of December and usage is of Rs 1100....... which I'm ready to pay but they are asking me to pay the rentals as well which they have added , though I've stopped using their service. Also in their records the amount which I deposited is showing just Rs 300 and they have no idea where are rest Rs. 200 which I paid initially. Also they are not ready to adjust my deposit against my usage. Please let me know what should I do, as I'm ready to pay Rs. 600 and rest Rs. 500 which should be adjusted from my deposit.
