Airtel - Postpaid — Haven’t provided itemized bill for last 6 months, despite several requests, complaints and escalations. | |
Dear Team, Hi! I have not received even a single itemized bill for last 6 months. I have contacted airtel customer care several times since October 2009 and have registered my request through all possible modes of communication, which are:- 1) Verbal request on Airtel Customer care 2) Email request to [protected]@airtelindia.com: with reference id: [protected] I have gone through varied processes of Airtel for getting the itemized bill. I have not paid the bill for March 2010 as a last resort of getting the itemized bill and have informed it to Airtel Customer Care as well as Airtel complaint Team. I have been given multiple commitments of sending the itemized bill to my email id as well as my official address but haven’t received it through any mode. Instead of solving my issue by sending the itemized bill they are further harassing me by barring my number and giving me multiple recovery calls for payment. Request you to look in the matter and solve it at the earliest.
