[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Bill amount adjustment

As i am using services provided by Airtel. I opted the GRPS mobile office service of Airtel and it took a week to configure. After it was configured I found it very slow in speed and expensive. So i decided to discontinue the service. I contacted Airtel's customer care executives to disconnect this service but each time they gave a SMS TEXT and number to deactivate the service. I did that couple of times but each time i got a SMS in return with some options to select. It was so confusing for me that how can i select a choice in SMS. After few day I contacted another Airtel executive and he took the verbal request and de-activated GPRS. Now Airtel is charging for those day in which i didn't want that service.
Now I am fed up with the service provided by customer care deptt and the billing department. It is actually a mental torture.

AIRTEL-POST PAID — Bill amount

Dear Sir

I was using my Airtel mobile no.[protected](Post paid), but during that duration of about 7-8 months my mobile bill started raising slowly. 1st 2-3 monthsmy bill was within Rs.1000 to Rs.1300, then slowly every month my bill raised finally I was getting the bill for Rs.3500/=. Then I complained to cutomer care and I got a reply that since I am using GPRS the bill is high.

Frankly speaking Hardly I use GPRS facility in the mobile as I am connected with Net in office as well as at home. Then why sould I use the mobile GPRS. I nver got a suitable reply from the service provider inspite of repeated written complaints. I was also billed for international calls which I never made. I was also told by the customer care that they will give a discount, so that I make the paymant.

Tks/regards

AirTel — Postpaid Connection Bill

Hi,
I have taken an Airtel postpaid connection from the Airtel Store in Infosys Pune ECC. I have been unnecessarily charged for my internet usage. I have been following up with the Customer Care since last 20 days and still the issue is not getting resolved.
My bill details:
Total bill: 2968.47
Intenet Usage: 2320.20 (unnecessarily charged)
I got my 2 GB data card activated on 4th of October and according to Airtel I had deactived it the same evening. Which did not happen in any case. Even if it did I am entitled to 512 Mb free data usage according to my basic plan ALC 249. And still I have been charged for the usage of 232 MB.
If I do exclude my internet charges my billing amount would be around 300 Rupees.
I have been cheated and due to this I have been suffering since last 20 days following up with Airtel on every step.
Please help me solve this issue.
Hi,
I have been using the corporate plan of the airtel the CUG plan .I have received the bill for september month for Rs 3070.80/- which when i consulted with the customer care executive told me that it was because of gprs usage. In the same month i activated the 125/- data plan in which 1GB is free.the executive said that after deducting/adjusting the 1GB there was excess usage of 400MB but my concern is that in that time period my data account was barred so i have not at all used the gprs in the said period. Please help me resolve the isseue.

And is their any adjustments possible to bring the amount down so that i will be able to pay the bill.

thanks /regards
Ravi
