[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Corporate Plan — Deactivation of services due to technical glitch at the end of Airtel | |
On 23rd of July, the services on my postpaid Airtel connection with mobile number [protected] were deactivated due to some technical glitch at Airtel's end. After 4 hours my incoming calls and local outgoing calls were activated, I lodged a complaint with Airtel regarding the deactivation of my Mobile Office service and the outgoing for STD and ISD calls, the complaint ID is 27900268, the timeline given by them was 13:30 hours of 27th July, but nothing happened. Only the ISD services were restored on 24th July after talking to like 8 associates and their floor manager. I have additonal complaint ID's which are F[protected] and F[protected]. I called them up today and asked them about the timeline and they just kept postponing it. Because of this I have suffered a loss of around 4000 rupees and also lost a good career oppurtunity. There was no kind of intimation or a sorry for the inconvenience message from them which is really bad.The Customer service associates of Airtel 121 have no clue as to what they are talking about, they just keep repeating the printed text int heir guides like a parrot.
