[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Cug Connection — Change in Bill Plan is never reflected. | |
I have an airtel post-paid connection for last 3 years. Mine is CUG 399 plan. I have tried changing my bill plan several times, but it never reflects in the system. I am getting very huge bills. Recently I tried to change my bill plan to "Freedom" plan that is 1p/sec plan. I followed the instructions mentioned in the website, i also got an sms from 121 saying "Airtel Freedom 249 plan would be activated on your airtel mobile from the next billing cycle and you will receive an sms..." I received this message on 14th Dec, 2009 and my bill plan is supposed to change from 27th dec, 2009. But i find no change in my bill plan. can someone please help? My working hrs are very odd and I am not able to take out time to reach nearest Airtel showroom. Was this information helpful? | |

airtell/freedom plan — non-activation
I have a airtell no. [protected] of post-paid connection(Freedom-plan) about 9 months ago. According to this plan i had given Rs.1500 for this connection, after 6 months i have got bill of Rs.1355 including advance 6 months rental fees of Rs. 896. Due to shifting my job from u.p. to jaipur i paid my bill delay $ according to retention executives of Rs.1400 and they commited me that my no. will be start within 2 days. Now after 12days continuesly i m in touch with ur call center and Shikha srivastava(C.R.E. of shan traders, civil lines, allahabad) $ they r saying that ur no. is permanentally disconnected. So PLEASE take a quick action and start my no. as i had paid my 6 months rental advance of Rs 896 and seeing my old payment records otherwise i will be force to not have faith in AIRTEL...
