Airtel Postpaid — no coverage problem

Sir/madam,
I have given a complaint to Airtel customer care before a year ago.That a facing a problem not getting coverage in my residence .My number is [protected]. Beause of this i lost my Lot of buisness.They have given me many committed dates which never fulfilled.more over this is the only service provider Who Doesnt give the EDGE facilty.From last 2years am paying 249rs fixed Rent and 249rs Fixed Rent For GPRS PLAN Without any fail.Since I have given this number to all my customers it is very difficult to go for a new connection.
