[Resolved] Airtel - Postpaid — Erroneous Charges for Game Download - Rs.50 | |||
To, The Marketing Head Bharti Airtel Ltd. [Sub. Erroneous Charges for Game Download - Rs.50] - [protected] I received a message from 'AD-54321' i.e Bharti Airtel Service message stating ' Thanks for Downloading POTC4 from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.50. on 23rd Dec 2011 I immediately called Customer Care to intimate thee same But They were unable to help as their database is 24 hours behind Time. I called thee Customer Care again on 24the Dec Night and they agreed that I was charged for a Game (which I never downloaded). They agreed that It might be a mistake and Lodged a compliant withe Service Request No. 41241756 and I was told my Query will be addressed before 27the Dec 15:30 (attached is thee snap shot of Service Request) I never received a call from airtel nor a message that Rs.50 that has been erroneously charged has been credited back to my account. And Today (27/12/2011) I am unable to call Customer Care. However, thee Service Request Status in my Account shows that thee Query has been resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
