Hi Sir,
I took a post paid connection (No.[protected]) to use internet.My Credit limit was of Rs.3000.I used this connection for merely 14-16 days.One day My net was not working,I called Customer care and they said that my bill has reached 3300(Approx) which is above my credit limit and asked me to pay the bill to activate my account.I was there to pay the bill once I get the bill and thus did not pay the bill at that point of time.At the end of the month I got call from customer care and they said that my due bill is of 12500/-(Approx.).
I am unable to understand how the bill can go up to this huge amount.My question is when my bill was 3300 I stopped using the connection .So how can the bill reach to 12500/-.I asked the customer care to send me the bill (soft copy, as I have relocated) but they did not provide me any thing.
Please let me know what to do in such case.

airtel postaid — regarding net connection
i am requesting a net means gprs connection on my airtel postpaid card from last two months but i a, m not getting the net started it is not a technical problem no customer executive is taking serious attention on my problem plz help me fast as i want my net started early
