I AM ANIRUDDH TYAGI FROM AGRA SIKANDRA I HAVE 2 AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTIONS NO.([protected],[protected]) IN MY NAME.IAM USING THIS NUMBER [protected] FROM LAST 4 TO 5 YEARS NOW SUDDENLY YOU HAVE CONVERTED MY POSTPAID NUMBER INTO PREPAID WHY?
NOW I SPOKE TO PERSON IN YOUR OFFICE NAME MR. VIVEK AIRTEL OFFICE KAMLA NAGRA HE TOLD ME ITS BY MISTAKE AND IT WILL TAKE TIME AROUND 3 MONTHS TO GET BACK SAME NUMBER INTO POSTPAID.THIS TYPE OF WORK DONE BY GREAT LEADING COMPANY IN INDIA IS REALLY NOT GOOD AND THEN YOU TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION .
SIR I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER BCOZ NOBODY IS GIVING PROPER RESPONSE.

Airtel Postpaid — AIRTEL POSTPAID converted into PREPAID

Sir,

One and half year back I had a prepaid (Airtel) connection then I changed it into Postpaid for corporate connection and after resigned from my old company I want to change it into prepaid.
For that I submitted a request from my old company to airtel dealer but it doesn't changed yet.

what can I do to solve this problem?
