Respected authority, I am a customer of airtel and using the pre-paid connection of airtel since last 3 years. In these three years, I have changed 3 numbers, but all are from Airtel. And now I am having 3 Sims in my family. But now a day I feeling regret about Airtel.
I am facing a serious problem and airtel is not solving to my problem. My problem is,
On 2nd of July 08, I received SMS from airtel that on recharge of Rs. 110, you will get 1 year validity and Rs. 98 talk time and this will update in 72 hours. So I recharged with Rs. 110. but I yet I haven’t received 1 year validity nor talk time. I have called customer care 3 times. They always used to say like; “you will get that after next 48 hours” Now they are saying, “you are not eligible for that schema. Sorry.”
Now, I have decided to go for consumer court. If with in week, airtel not solved my problem, then I will defiantly go to consumer court.
If anybody could help me out, that would be great help for me and as well as to airtel.

Airtel — Not Activating Schema
Dear SirI applied for mobile port before 1 and 1/2 month in other opretor from Airtel.
But I got a call from company and they gave me some scheme for not to port from airtel.
and it has stopped
still they have not activate that scheme.
i have made many complains regarding this.
