We are facing lots of problem in full talk value schemes because company does not give end date of full talk value schemes. There are three ways to confirm the schemes daily.
1. Call to customer care: Useless to call because most of the time information is reversed.
2. Other option is send SMS on 369 (Write amount you want to recharge example Rs 500 and send to 369 u get SMS of present scheme ie 525) but this system updated before and after two three days of schemes starting or ending.
3. Call to FOS or Other company persons daily is also useless as every time they says let me check I will call you back but call never comes.
The only solution of this problem is give the schemes with end date every time whether the scheme is of long duration or short duration.
