AirTel — THOUGHT OF THE DAY
SIR, MY NAME IS KEDAR P. MAINDE. I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED THOUTH OF THE DAY FACILITY OF THE AIRTEL. AFTER THAT ALSO I GOT MESSAGES FROM YOU.I HAVE ALSO REGISTED ON YOUR DO NOT DISTURB FACILITY. AFTER THAT ALSO I GET THESE MESSAGES FROM 290603 FOR 3 TIMES IN A DAY AND GET DEDUCTED RS. 9/DAY FOR THE LAST 1 WEEK.
SO QUICKLY BLOCKED THIS FACILITY FROM MY NO. AND REFUND MY AMOUNT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
Airtel Prepaid — deactivate VAS thought for the day and all service
HiI am a subsciber of airtel prepaid . From the 13th june 2009 onwards Rs 3 is deducted every day from my prepaid account towards THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as vas . but i have never asked for this service . where they I was assured there will not be any futher deductions. but to day once again my accounted is debited .The thought fot the day message is from 290603. I feel cheated and helpless . Solve my problem PLEASE... MY mobile NO IS [protected].. plz any one help me

I had taken the new prepaid connection No. [protected] from the showroom and the same day I had submitted my residence proof and one passport size photograph. The connection was started on the same day but after three days I had found that the outgoing facility had been stopped. On my cell I had found that the papers are incomplete. I went to the Air tel showroom, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh on 21st August and again submitted the residence proof and one passport size photograph and the service man told me that your outgoing facility will be started very soon. l had rang up so many times but the outgoing facility is not provided to my cell till today. I would request you to take immediate step and provide me the outgoing facility immediately.

When I contacted Customer Service, I was assured there will not be any futher deductions.
But to day Rs. 3.00 is debited.
Even when a 'NETWORK FAILED' error message is flashed I get debited with Rs. 1.00
if there is network failed I feel cheated and helpless.
