[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Please kindly Block my number

HI,

Actually i was not aware or the prepiad plan, Card validity expried on dec 13, still i recharged & used it, I have recharged but i not able to make call or receive or send message.

How is solution ,

Bharti Airtel / Prepaid Mobile Connection — Sim Lost - blocking not possible

I lost my airtel sim card. i called up the customer care to block my number to avert any possibility of misuse or abuse of my number. they tell me that i first need to lodge an FIR and then take the FIR to an airtel service centre to get the number blocked.

Though I can get the FIR at any time. (It is 11 pm right now). On asking them about availability of an airtel service centre to get the number blocked, they reply in the negative.

This means i'll have to wait till the morning to complete the full procedure of simply blocking the number to remove chances of abuse.

Now, if i wait till the morning, and in the mean time my sim card is used by some crook for criminal or terrorist purposes, and in any investigation my lost number is traced, will i be held responsible or indicted in any manner?

How am i suppose to prevent this from happening? it is very strange and unjustified that to simply block a number, i have to wait for hours and they give give me no solution to safeguard my interests..

What am i supposed to do?

Bharti Airtel — Prepaid connection blocked

I had taken my prepaid mobile connection from Sai Communication, Dwarka, Sector -6, New Delhi. All the paper were submitted. After lapse of one month my connection is blocked. I have resubmitted the papers last week but connection is not yet restored.

My No is [protected] in rajasthan Circle, my no is blocked(outgoing as well incoming facility is blocked) from yesterday evening. in customer care there is no reason to block the phone. i am in the field job, so i need it regularly.

Dear sir when ever i m in truble by the company and want to talk and complain abt my problem to the company then the CCE is block my No for connecting Customer care to talk with them, that is being various time such as 8 or 10 times in last five years. some time i m facing problem but cant consult to the CCE be couse after dailing 121 the voice ask me to SMS my Quiry to 121 but when i SMS my query the return SMS says that this service temporally not avilable.what i have to do?please look in to the matter personaly,

i want my stolen sim card number which is of airtel to be deactivated as the person who has stolen it can misuse my number.
the stolen number is [protected].
i have already complained about it in vasant vihar police station but they asked me to call airtel and get my number deactivated, i tried to contact airtel customer care but no one picks up the phone so plz. deactivate it immediately.
