Airtel Prepaid — service activated without consent

I am using an Airtel prepaid connection [protected]. Today, 18th dec 09, I got a message from Airtel that my friends chet service has been renewed and Rs.30/- has been charged for 30 days. I had not requested for any such service. On contacting Airtel customercare, I was told that they had called on 7th of this month regarding this and 10 days later it has been activated. This is totally incorrect as I have not received any call in this regard on 7th. I want to take up this issue. Can I get a recording of the conversation that Airtel is claiming to have made on 7th. If so what is the procedure and whom should I approach? Please guide

Airtel prepaid mobile phone — Charges for hello tunes without my consent

Many times Airtel prepaid mobile service provider has deducted hello tune charges from my account without my concent. My mobile no is [protected]. I have many times lodged complaint to customer care centre of Airtel but till now now action has been taken regarding this matter. Kindly look into matter and instruction to Airtel .

I donot want to subscribe anything to BHAKTI MALA PACK. Airtel is deducting Rs.2/- PER DAY days. My mobile no. is +91 [protected]. Please Do not deBIT any amount from my balance. I dont need any service through mobile.

I am not subscribe BHAKTI MALA PACK in my no.But Airtel automatically activate this Pack without my consent. Airtel is deducting Rs.2/- per days. My mobile no. is +91 [protected]. Please Do not debit any amount from my balance from immediate effect. I not interested to take any PACK in my mobile.

the airtel service provider is with out consent activating services and deducting balance un neserily on my mobile no [protected] in amonth tadka live has thrice activated,and amount is deducted with out down loading now i want to move to court of law rs 200 has been deducted un nesaserly.

Even the customer care is not responding properly.

this attitude of airtel is ridiculous & unfair marketing. Your people engeged with this mismarketing company, this is just unfair.Pl.credit the same amount which is deducted.

I have received msg. 'gane' at 14.39hrs.SAIBABAke ganne ko apni hellowtune banane ke liye Dial 5303087 tollfree. I have called the same for which hellotune are avaible.After disconned the call, I got msg.at 15.06 hrs. that service has been activated for Rs.10 for 10 days.
t his is not fare business trick. it must stop immediately. I strongly this. please credit Rs.10 immediately. waiting your reply. you contect me on my mail address [protected]@yahoo.com

I thanks Airtel for speedy response on this issue and even they refunded Rs.25. I appreciate the service of Airtel. This was my first experience with Airtel prpaid, it turned very good as is its post paid services. I will rate Airtel's both pre and psot paid services very good.

Airtel Mobile Service — activation of hello tune without consent

I received a sms on my airtel no [protected] on 3 6 2011 from airtel no 543211 stating that I have opted for activation of hello tune and a sum of Rs 30/- have been charged fot the same. I was surprised to go through the sms as I had never opted for the hello tune, which can be verified from the out going call log of my phone. I immediately contacted customer care executive on airtel no [protected], and asked them to immediately deactivate the hello tune on my phone.However, the executive was not able to satisfy me how and why hello tune was activated on my phone without my consent or knowlege and why a sum of Rs 30/- was deducted from my pre paid balance. The mobile service provider should re emburse the sum of Rs 30/- to my pre paid balance and extend an apology for adopting unfare trade practise

Never asked for joke services but getting jokes without my consent and deducting charges.and cant even contact cust.service since IVR is so complicated cant get access to talk to any CSR,mob.[protected],,they should refund my bal.and remove these joke service.

Airtel — Activation of Paid Services without customer's consent

I am using airtel prepaid number. There are many charged services that are getting activated without my knowledge. Whenever I call to customer care to know about it, they tell you have activated some service from airtel site.

If I would activate I definately know about it. After complaint they are just deactivating the service. What about the money that got educted. I called to customer care 3 times. After that they raised the complaint, but they talked as if they are ruling the network and can do anything. If they wish they will talk and if not willing they disconnect the call. Last call i did the executive told she will transfer the call to supervisor, i was put on hold for 4-5 mins and after that the call got disconnected.
