Airtel — Without any inform activate service
Airtel always activate any service and detuct money. Pls deactivate my Airtel talkies service. my airtel no.[protected].I am not use this service. Because I am not interested this/other service. Airtel no inform me to which service activate but deduct to 10Rs after ten days.

having 3 connection from airtel and facing several issues with service and because of it i taken decision to convert postpaid connection to prepaid connection. i written email to airtel and they said me that u need to visit customer care again pathetic people, said me that it's easy to convert postpaid to prepaid by filling one form and then within 3 hours it will converted. and i reconfirmed with them and left the place. same night my connection was deactivated and till next 2 days it was deactivated and when i again visit the center that guy given me bla bla reasons and next day it was activated. and now it was again deactivated and asking me my documents not reached with them and not verified. now tell me from last 3 years i have this connection with me and i was regular billing customer for airtel and this connection was not transfers to any one only converted from postpaid to prepaid and Airtel needs verification and re documentation for the same. why not this information passed me while conversion?
Airtel is really doing and customer care is worst service. even they can not pass the right information to questioners. and ask to visit personally to customer care. if that is the case then close your tale customer service. as i suffering pathetic service from last 3 years and this is again a corporation connection,

i thought its a perfact company and it is. but i am facing lots of problems using this services since 2 month
many unwanted services are activated from your side automaticaly.every time i complaint & get return charges, in this month airtel activate a [censored] service of (mobile t.v.) without any request and then cut the balance 60 rupees from my account. and now i am trying to stop the services and get return my charges but airtel customer care executive are not picking my call and some times they pick and put me hold for long time.so i am very angry please give me the right solution & solve my problems, ok thank you sir.
