Airtel Prepaid — not recharged | |||
I have recharged for an amount of Rs333 on 20/02/2011 vide tran id:[protected] for my mobile: [protected] thru my a/c and I received confirmation that it was successfully paid to airtel from my banker(ICICI). but it was not recharged. despite many attempts, I am fed up with airtel customer care which has not provided solution and is a pathetic service to experience with which I never had with. please look in to it on to recharge or credit back my money failing in which I will switch on to portability for all my family members. please reach me @[protected] Regards Balaji Was this information helpful? | |||

Being in Customer Service, you did nt even mind to mention the TAT for a complaint to get resolved. I dont think the to know the status of mentioned transaction from the banker will take more than 2 working days.
I really pity on the service that you offer post customer acquisition.
And your customer care 'the Hopeless' I have ever seen and the best eg is my unfortunate decision in choosing new airtel connection([protected]) recently for which I'm not even able to reach customer care after several complaints.

Be precise while you write a closure comment on complaint.
In what way the complaint has been resolved. Either I didn't receive back my funds in my a/c or it is not yet recharged. how the complaint be resolved.
Probably the recharge might have done to your mobile.

Yesterday i had recharged my prepaid cell number using your website (Mcheck).
I used my hdfc master card.
That was a great blunder i suppose.
My cell phone did not get recharged.
But my credit card is charged.
I enquired my bankers.
My transaction id for RS500 recharge=051815
for Rs100 recharge=018941
When i told my bankers they told me to contact you.
When i enquired airtel, customer care (??????) they tell, go and meet the hdfc credit card section.
No body either on your side nor on their side is willing to take the responsibility.
Because it is SOMEBODY ELSE MONEY AND NOT YOURS.
With no hope i have sent my transaction id s and Hope my cell is recharged. for rs 600/-
The customer care person of airtel is telling me to go meet the nearest airtel centre.
If that has been possible for me.. .i would not have used online transaction throught your website. right?
