Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — recharge for normal talk time | |||
my cell no is [protected] airetel prepaid.I have recharged for 200/- thru regular agent. by mistake he recharged for 200 and i found that they recharged for 3G services instead of regular talk time. I never use 3G and i have no need. i requested but they are not transferring this credit to regular talk time.conversation attached:-- Dear cheater, This again proves that u are a big cheater and harass customer on their mistakes not due to lake of knowledge but due to hidden policies to sell your new products, which is a malpractice. I am sending this to my lawyer for necessary action, meanwhile let me know the process to switch this number to other service provider with the same numbers, i have total 10 numbers in my circle, to be switchover.
