[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — balance deduction

my mobile number is [protected]. i am a student i am observing that, since last three months, main balance of my mobile has deducting. After deducting the balance i am getting a message that for game club activation my balance has deducted. Still now my balance is deducting for this reason. I have complained near about 10 times to Airtel customer care. But still now this problem is happening. What can i do ???????????

SIR. I HAVE A PREPAID NO.[protected] AND RECHARGED FOR 222 ON 8TH NOV 2011. IT IS A SPARE NO. KEPT IN MY HOUSE FOR URGENT MSGS TO MY MOTHER. I HAVE A BALANCE OF ABOUT 80/- RUPEES AS ON 27TH JAN 2012 NIGHT. ON 28TH I RECD A MSG WHICH SAYS "" YOUR CURRENT TARIFF EXPIRED, ENJOY DISCOUNTED LOCAL STD/RATES OF 1.5 P/S FOR FREE RC WITH RC27 TO REDUCE YOUR CALL RATES TO 1.2 P/S FOR 6 MONTHS.""-- THIS MSG I RECD AT 16:03:40 ON 28TH JAN 2012. I MADE A RC27 AT 18.45 HRS ON 29TH JAN 2012. ==== MOST SURPRISINGLY ONLY RS.27/- HAS BEEN RECHARGED, WITHOUT ADDING THE EXISTING AMOUNT (IT SHOULD BE ROUGHLY 80 RS.) == I MADE UMPTEEN CALLS TO UR CUSTOMER CALL 121 @ 3 9 1 OPTIONS. ALL ALONG I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A REPLY THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN MY NO. WAS RECHARGED. I TOLD THEM THIS CELL NO. IS BEING USED SPARINGLY. NO OUT GOING CALLS.. A CALL ONCE IN A WEEK OR SO. == ALL MY INQUIRIES HAVE BECOME IN VAIN. UR PEOPLE KEPT ME WAITING. ONE WAY OF LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS. FIRST TIME, 6 MTS, 8 MTS, 10.2 MTS. ABOUT RS. 8 /- WAS LOST. BUT I DID NOT GET FAVOURABLE REPLY.. AS TO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BALANCE OF AMOUNT, WHICH I WAS HAVING BEFORE MY RC 27 ?? TWO TIMES I WAS TOLD TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR. THIS MORNING ALSO. BUT NO CONNECTION WAS GIVEN TO ME.

R THEY NOT AWARE, WHEN MY NO. GOT RECHARGED ?? I TOLD THEM SPECIFICALLY IT IS ON 8TH NOV. THEY SAID THEY HAVE VERIFIED THE DATA UPTO OCT. 2011 BUT DID NOT GET WHEN MY NO. GOT RECAHARGED. hOW IT COULD BE ?? THIS SHOWS THE CALLOUSNESS O[censored]R CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE.

I AM HAVING A CORPORATE NO. FOR MY USE [protected]. I NEVER EXPECTED UR PEOPLE WILL HAVE LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS LOCATED EVEN IN URBAN AREAS. U CAN IMAGINE THE PLIGHT OF THE CUSTOMERS HAVING RURAL BACKGROUND.

SO, I REQUEST YOU TO INTERVENE IN SETTLING MY GRIEMERE 70 RS OR 80 RS.
THE WAY THE AIRTEL IS ROBBING THE CUSTOMERS..
