Airtel Prepaid Mobile Customer Support — Very Bad Customer Support

I have been trying to speak to customer care of airtel, by dialing 121 or 198 to know my offers in GPRS. I almost called 10 times, and before I could talk to customer executive, either the line gets cut, or there will be repeating ring tones and no response from the other end.

Is AIRTEL becoming complecent regarding customer care? Even I tried to call relationship office for the same, and they re direct me to 121 or 198 which doesnot work !!!

Also, I heard Vodafone offers better customer care than Airtel now a days. . . . .

Your customer care centre situated at East Park Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi has been asked to deposit ID Proof and photo some days ago. In response to the customer care centre's demand I have deposited the ID Proof and Photo on[protected].

In this connection, I am very sorry to inform you that my Mbile connection is switched off by the customer care cetre without asking me anything. After switched off I made request to the same and reopen my mobile.

It is furtehr informed that on[protected] my mobile connection is again switched off without my any fault as I have already submitted the required documents as demaned by the customer care centre.

This such type of attitude of the customer care centre situated at East Park Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi is not so good. I think the staff working in customer care centre is handling the documents in carelessely manner. You are requested to kindly direct the customer care centre to deal the customers very sincerely and co-operately and also all the documents may be handled and place in his custody very carefully.

The customer care centre may be directed not to switch off my mobile No. [protected]. Otherwise I will go to Consumer Court for taking legal action against the company.

Your customer care centre situated at Mansarovar Complex, infront of Habibganj Railway station, Bhopal (M.P.) has been asked to deposit ID Proof and photo some days ago. The customer care centre may be directed not to switch off my mobile No. [protected]. Otherwise I will go to Consumer Court for taking legal action against the company.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my mobile number is [protected], i have agree to change the portability..so kindly help and change the port Airtel to Vodafone. this is bad server airtel very trouble the connection...because the customer executive behavior & reputation have bad.Very Bad Customer Support
protability department mr. lakshman has promise the facility A/A 10paise per min. A/O 30paise per mn. STD 50paise per mn. that dose not add.
step the action accordingly...
