Airtel Prepaid — Balance reduction | |||
I had recharged my airtel prepaid connection( [protected]) RC44 for SMS pack.But they activated cricketnews service free for 2 days.After 2 days they started deducting Rs.1 / day.Customer care executive told me that they cant deactivate it online and asked me to wait till 15th of this month.Remember, Rs 1 is deducting each day.Cant i get a solution for this? Same happened with me..They started deducting 5 rupees per day...until the day I saw my balance lowering down!! Had to Stop he services without starting it. Now, ho would return the balance??

Now they aren't connecting to customer care executive.IVR is saying dial *121#, and disconnect the call!
