I AM AN AIRTEL CUSTOMER IN DELHI AND TRAVEL FREQUENTLY.
ITS GOOD , NO DOUBT,, BUT.. ONCE I AM OUT ON ROAMING,, PPLE CAN'T CONTACT ME..THEY SAY ITS RINGING AND I AM NT ANSWERING, THERE IS NO MISSED CALL RECD / INDICATION ON MY CELL PHONE,,(HIGH END)..THEN AFTER A WHILE I RECEIVE A MSG FROM AIRTEL THAT I HAVE MISSED CALLS DURING THE DAY AND SHOULD SUBSCRIBE TO A SEERVICE ON PAYMEN SO THAT I CAN GET TO KNOW WHICH CALLS I MISSED. NOTE THAT, I HAVE KEPT MY CELL "ON" IN FULL STRENGT SIGNAL AND TRIED ASKING FRIENDS TO CALL ..TO CHECK.. IT WAS EMBARASSING THAT A COMPANY OF SUCH REPUTATION SHOULD HAVE SUCH MODUS OPERANDI...
I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT INCASE I AM ON FLT / SWITCHED OFF.. OR SO ON.. BUT NOT WHILE ALL IS WELL.. BASICALLY THE INFRASTRUCTURE HAS NOT KEPT PACE WITH THE SUBSCRIBER BASE / CALL TRAFFIC PATTERN LOADING..
OUR RELATIONS GET SOURED BCOS OF SUCH MISUNDERSTANDINGS..C'MON AIRTEL - BHARTI.. WE CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS...REGARDS, PURI

Some one cheating the people through these Airtel No. [protected], [protected] [protected].

He is cheating the peoples through website. He is collecting the cheat money with ICICI roaming A/c. I already complaint to ICICI bank for close his all accounts with ICICI Bank.

I also request to block these Mobile No. immediate.

I had been customer of Idea for a long. But, due to your good popularity, services and reputation, I shifted to Airtel since about one & half a year (this you can also confirm by your system that, at present, I am having 3 connections). Now, I have been very much disappointed due to your services without any reason of rejecting & blocking one of my mob. No.[protected] (purchased from Sanyo Electronics, Dodhpur, Aligarh.
However, this is to complaint that I purchased mob. no.[protected] on 01.02.09 which was activated on 04.02.09 and was rejected with the message (SIM Error).
Then, I have to again purchase another SIM mob. No. [protected] on around 10.02.09 which was activated next day and working well.
I was also having another mob.no.[protected] which my daughter broken down due to some notorious calls.
I, therefore, would like to request you that my mob. no.[protected] be opened or issued a new one free of charge with the balance of earlier one or provided me duplicate one free of cost and be obliged. It is because there is no fault of mine in this regard.

i hv taken airtel sim in march 2008 and i used it till july 2008 at kochi. i was then posted to lonavala. i stopped using airtel sim and then i lost it. i lodged fir at lonavala police station
.this sim no is being used by someone else. i want the sim to be blocked

My airtel no [protected], i shifted from postpaid to pre-paid in Apr2009.My no gets blocked the moment i step out of Chandigarh.I have requested n no of times to resolve my problem but no results.I went ur franchise at Manimajra, sec11 Panchkula 2 resolve my problem.Manimajra asked me to go out of Chandigarh and then callher.On top of that the lady asked me shell out Rs195/-for anew sim.Ridiculous reply and holding ur old customer to a ransom.Sec 11 frachise says ur complaint noted u will get areply in 10 days time.IS THIS THE WAY UR CUSTOMER CARE CARES.I AM APPALLED WITH UR SELECTION OF PEOPLE & WHO OWN IT.UR CUSTOMER CARE SAYS PAY RS50/- AND CHANGE THE SIM.KINDLY ADVISE/RESOLVE MY ISSUE OR I WILL HAVE TO SHIFT TO ANOTHER AGENCY WHO CARES.HOPE 2 GET A POSITIVE REPLY SOON.

AirTel — blockage of airtel prepaid sim card

my airtel prepaid no [protected],which i in my friend's name i.e. Manish Pawar is blocked.They are saying that as dis nop was not in use for more than 6 months its blocked,whereas i used this no on 23 and 24 th nov and recharged it also. it was not in use for few months as i was in MP, and was not able to recharge the same,still i was able to recieve SMS on that no.. Now the customer care is saying that there is no detail of recharge or any use of this no.This no is very precious for me and i want it to be activated again.

With Due Respect I want to inform you that iam not getting your services correctly, there is no network in my own home in my cell phone and because of it i lost my 2 of 3 girlfriends so please before my all girlfriends get disappear so kindly give me relax of this problem i will be very thankfull to u my mobile no is [protected]

Dear Mr Puri,

If you take my suggestion please throw this Airtel SIM into a gutter, buy some other sim and forget this chor company. They will not help you. They only want people's money. Nothing else.

I am from Bombay and I have had enough from these . The police do not help. The courts take twenty years. The only thing that will work instantly is if you can carry five litres of petrol and burn their registered office in your own city. Then they will hear you falling at your feet. For this you will have to buy petrol, carry a lighter or match, take a day off and forget all useful work and single-mindedly attack them. Your work will be done.

If this does not fit your choice you will have to just forget Airtel. A bloody Chor organisation that will never prosper.

AirTel — block the sim card

Hello, I lost my mobile yesterday. I want to block the Sim card of no [protected]. I have done last recharge of 295 rs on 1st April. 70 rs are remained up to yesterday in account. I have called to [protected] & [protected] frequently in two days. Also my 1.50 rs is deducted daily for the MSG. Please block my Sim card as soon as possible.
