For online recharge on my airtel prepaid.

Hi Sir,
I did a online recharge from through my credit card on my airtel prepaid number 9867515520 on 16-Jun-12. Money bfrom my account has been deducted but no recharge amount is reflecting in my account. I am on roaming these days and when I tried to contact the customer care regarding this issue but i was not able to contact them , infact the customer care no which i found online all are showing non valid.Kindly advice me what should i do in this case.
