on 18 dec,09 at 11 30 pm at night i recieved a message from airtel that is ,You have been charged rs.30 and rs.15 for hello tunes.but i never selected any hello tune for my mobile.airtel senior department executives are illitrate. they entertain a customer as if customer is a begger.worst connection in my lifetime i got is airtel worst.My no.is [protected] in which airtel is creating new harassments for me.day 2 day. I recently converted my airtel no to postpaid and Hello tunes was activated in my no. without taking my permission and started charging Rs. 35, even after calling the customer care, they didnt stop. So cheap gimmicks..
