[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid SIM Card Unblock

Dear Sir - I am using Airtel prepaid SIM connection since 5 Years. My SIM card PUK code blocked and have called Airtel customer care to unblock the same, but every time i called there is no proper response / resolution from the service provider.
