[Resolved] Airtel / Prepaid — Not able to contact Customer Care Executive | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, My Mobile No is [protected], I am not able contact Customer Care Executive from any no given (121, 198, [protected]). When i connecting it's going in IVR after selecting proper keys call is get disconnect. I confirm with my few friends whom are having Airtel Prepaid and they also facing same issue, but the same in postpaid it's working properly.
