Agriculture Services has been activated without my knowledge. Even after complaining about it at their Office at Vasant Kunj, this service still continues and I am being charged unnecessarily for it. I want Airtel to stop this urgently please.

Airtel — without my knowledge some services are getting Activated and charged
Feb 5th 2009 I got a message from Airtel that Missed call Alert has been activated And Rs 15 will be charged per monthThe same I spoke with Customer Care and also sent a mail to 121 but of no use
Again Feb 14th 2009 I got a message from Airtel that Missed Call been activated And Rs 15 will be charged per month
I really do not know why Airtel are activating the service without my request
