[Resolved] Airtel — Problem regarding internet connection is not solved after making complaint. | |||
I made a complaint with Reference no.CGPSC[protected], for my airtel mobile [protected] on 24 feb 2013 and i was promised that my problem will be solved till 26 feb 2013. Unfortunately nothing was done and today when i tried to call customer care no. To talk to the representative to know the status of my complaint, i couldnt talk to anyone as the call was ended up automatically when it should get connected to talk to the person at the last step. I have recharged my mobile with rs. 98 pack on 22 feb which a waste for me till now. I really want to know why my complaint is not taken into account and why i couldnt talk to one of the best network providers customer service. Thanks in advance.
