[Resolved] Airtel — Problem related to port | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have been applied for port on 24th of this month and i got a call form the retention department of airtel and offered a better plan and promise me that they will activate it in next 72 hours but they did not do it. now when i called their customer call no they said first cancel ur port request and then they will activate it. I followed the instruction given by airtel but i get a message that this is not a prescribed format to cancel the port request. i was surprised as the format was told to me by the airtel. Now the problem is that, they do not activate new plan on my no and i am suffering from loss due higher call charges due to their false promise.
