I have recharged with rs.24 msg pack and i got benefits for 2 days only....
and after that me was gettin charged for each message from the 3rd day, kept on callin customer care, Airtel customer care is really a center. I dont know what else to say about there service.
and senior VIVEK gave his number([protected]) to me and said if your problem is not solved then you can call me on that number and after that day his cell was switch off.....
I have many questions about airtel services!!
1. In call center how they can giv personal number??
2. How can senior can giv his personal number? i dont know how he is been promoted to senior position?
3. Why the complaint is launched?
4. Why complaint is not solved on time?
5. If complaint cant be solved why the service is been provide?
6. What should i do now??
