Airtel Punjab Circle — excess bill of value added services

my complaint against airtel punjab mobile service about the excess bill of their value added services on my no. [protected], on behalf of coustomer care they are not responding about the matter. the nodal officer of the same co. having cell no. [protected] didn't respond, i m very much harrassed from the co. behaviour . plz. solve the matter as early as possible.

I am using airtel. I am not able to get customer care. I have tried all no.s 121, [protected] etc...
many times i mailed them my problem.. and many times i lodged my complaint from my landline phone.
But they are not replying to mails nor resolving the problem. One of the executives even told me that it can not be resolved. Can anybody tell me how to initiate legal action against them. I am serious about it. They are making fool of consumers.

i have not recieved settings of NOP but my nop is activated.where i should go. for this, , , plz send me settings of nop and made me able to represent my concern in front of gprs department.
