Hope you will do the needful ASAP, I am kind of stuck up as I have paid the advance and I cannot apply for another service provider.
Yday again I called them and the lady tells me the sales person is in a meeting and I insist on speaking to him and she tells he will call me after the meeting and in 5 min time she calls me back telling he has promised to send him team by 12 noon next day, the thing is she can go and disturb him during his meeting but he cannot find time to call me.
I was promised that the installation will be done by today afternoon and today is passing by without any installation, I am kind of fedup calling these chaps

These people are not picking up the phone after receiving money.Really irresponsibble behaviour.

Airtel Broadband Connection — Cheering without providing the connection
I am Shabeer, doing job as a Software Engineer in Bangalore. I have applied for Airtel Broadband Internet Connection in my wifes name Samira Salaam. One of the agent came to my house and filled the internet connection form and asked my Pan Card xerox copy, passport size photo and collected the money of Rs. 2000 (For wireless modem) and he told like 'with in 3 days you will get the connection'. After few days I Contacted him for the same & he said that "'they have to dig the road, so we can't provide more connection and told like our customer executives will refund the advance money (Rs. 2000/-). But till this date I didn't received the money. I even called the Airtel Manager also (His name is Durai Raj, his mobile no: [protected]). He replied like your money will be sent by Courier. This is very irresponsible on the part of airtel.I strongly feel that these people are collecting the money from Customers & cheating with out giving the connection.
When I Called the Manager (Durai Raj, Mobile: [protected]) or the payment, He is not even picking the Mobile.
Kindly take this complaint seriously and take necessary action as quick as possible.
