Airtel — CHARGES DEDUCTED BUT SERVICE NOT ACTIVATED

Dear sir,

I had activated my Miss call alert service and my charges are deducted but till date have not got any alert I had launched the compliant to the customer care but the they had not response

Dear Rakesh Ranga,

Today Mr. abhish of airtel support had talk with me. He had suggested me to dial *321*883# for deactivating the service and then told to dial *321*881# for active the service again.

I had done the as per instruction and I also got the Confirmation SMS of activation of service, but noting happening, I am not getting any miss call alert. my Rs.15 is also deducted.

Kindly refund me my amount or active my service,

If my service will not activated, then I have to think for change of service form airtel by means of number portability.
