[Resolved]  Airtel — message not receiving

dear sir/mam
my name is Nitesh saini.I am using Airtel sim in my lg mobile.
my complaint is that something is wrong in my airtel account.I am not receiving messages from
my friends,relatives and airtel company etc. when i check my balance on *121# it also not
showing the balance.I change also my mobile but it also not showing message,so problem
occuring in airtel service.when i called AIRTEL COSTUMER CARE they receive the call but
does not tell me any solution of this problem,,

PLEASE HELP ME.plz plz
