Hi,
I have two digital TV connections at different address under the same customer ID([protected])
When i top up, it is automatically topping up both the connections and it is creating confusion to me.
So i requested customer care to split my connections and assign separate ID for each connection.
After repeated calls and mails and after 15 days of my request,they messaged me new ID:[protected].
But they didn't activate it and when i call them they ask me to topup Rs 100 to activate it.
I did it immediately but they still they didn't activate it.
Still my connections are running with single customer ID.
I have called and begged customer care to resolve it several times but no use and they always say same dialogue "It will be done in 24 hours".
I fed up and i don't know what to do ?
Please resolve this issue.If they can't do it,refund my money back immediately.
