Airtel — Regarding extra charges made by billing team | |||
Hi, I am Niranjan using the airtel postpaid [protected] since 6 years. But from past 4 months i am facing lots of problem from the airtel network. I have submitted the port out request on jan 2012, they dint allow me to port out and they charged 2000Rs in next bill. When i called the billing team airtel they dint explain me about the charges have made for. This is kind of cheating the customer and they have nonsense customer care whenever ill call they tell only one answer "SERVER DOWN". I have called more than 20 times in march month. Frustrated with the airtel and i requested again for port out in March month.For that i have paid 2700rs clearance amount. I would be having some -600Rs as oust standing balance. But when i checked on 22/03/2012, it is only -200Rs. I don know why they deducted this amount. No explanation for that from airtel team. If these airtel people wants some illegal money, Why cant they beg on road. This is kind of total cheating. Could you please any one take a legal action on cheating Airtel network.
