Airtel — REGARDING PREPAID 3G DATA WRONG RECHARGE

Dear Sir/ Madam, I,Ramachandran and my airtel 3g datacard bearing the number [protected]. Instead of recharging to this concerned number i've done recharge for sum of rupees 1449 to this number [protected] on 20-Aug-2013.(ie. 've swapped last two digit by mistake). All of a sudden i contacted the customer care they said that they cant do anything and told me nothing can be done from their side. Then i lodged a complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com and got one automated reply from them as they ll contact me within one working day. But still now they don't.
