Airtel — REGARDING PREPAID 3G DATA WRONG RECHARGE | |
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I,Ramachandran and my airtel 3g datacard bearing the number [protected]. Instead of recharging to this concerned number i've done recharge for sum of rupees 1449 to this number [protected] on 20-Aug-2013.(ie. 've swapped last two digit by mistake). All of a sudden i contacted the customer care they said that they cant do anything and told me nothing can be done from their side. Then i lodged a complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com and got one automated reply from them as they ll contact me within one working day. But still now they don't. Please do consider this issue and do the needful to get my hard earned money back. thanking you,
