[Resolved] Airtel — Rejection of my Airtel sim no. [protected] | |||
my sim card no. [protected] which i have been using for the past 5 years has been rejected because i didnt use it for 3 months only, now the customer care people are saying that nothing can be done , this no. has been deleted from the companies database , even they say main branch cannot solve this issue. i was out of town for 1 or 2 months for which i could not use the no. , but still no message or call from the companies side came to me to remind me of this issue , simply they rejected the simcard and it is too rude action taken by the company towards an old and loyal customer. now the problem is i'm running a buisness and many of the clients are aware of this no. only, i cant afford to loose the customers as they are exhausted trying to call me on this no. i am very much worried regarding this matter and hoping to get this matter resolved. my emailid- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
