[Resolved] Airtel — screening for different channels in a single window at the same time | |
Hi, Airtel DTH Service and behaviour desperately bad. STOP subscribing to it. GO FOR OTHER DTH SERVICES APART FROM AIRTEL. I bought the Airtel DTH an year ago, ONLY because of two particular TV channels, Angel TV and GOD TV, which were available with Airtel. All on a sudden four similar channels were combined together into a single viewing window, which is really unbearable to watch. We couldn't watch a single programme there. In spite of several complaints made, Airtel is completely unresponsive. Initially the lame excuse was that there was a solar flair and it will last for a week's time and then it will be alright. Now even after two months, the same status of screening four different channels(including GOD, Angel TVs) in a single window continues. Now the response from the company is that it's enough to hear the sound and no need to view what's inside. What a bad service. Should a company of this much repute behave so silly?
